General

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between KeySafe ApS (CVR: 20404078) and the customer regarding the use of the KeySafe service. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

The Service

KeySafe is a digital service for returning found keys via QR codes. The customer receives a unique code and QR code that can be printed on key tags. When a finder scans the code, they can fill out a contact form, and the customer is notified by email.

Subscription

The service costs €67 per year excl. VAT. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the current subscription period expires.

Payment

Payment is handled via Stripe. We accept payment cards. All prices are excl. VAT, which is added according to applicable rules. For Danish customers, 25% VAT is added.

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard under Billing. As the service is a digital product made available immediately upon purchase, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Liability

KeySafe assumes no liability for loss of keys, failure to return keys, or damages arising from the use of the service. The service facilitates contact between finder and owner but does not guarantee return. KeySafe is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or loss of business.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
